Brings variety to the pasta repertoire

Description
How does the Carpe Pastam pasta get its authentic taste? The secret lies in the gentle preparation: the dough is thinly rolled out and then cut rather than pressed into shape. This makes a difference that you can taste, see and feel.
This speciality from Liguria is still turned by hand in many homes - "Trofie" refers to the turning and rolling movements needed to achieve the desired shape. Pesto or sugo sticks particularly well to the rough surface. Traditionally they are served with fine beef fillet tips and beans.
Note: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 14 minutes.
