Eigold Bauernspätzle
- EIGOLD egg pasta contains 3 fresh eggs per kilogram of delicious pasta. Made with fine durum wheat semolina, the recipe inspires with a crunchy bite. The noodles are a real treat!
Spaetzle is a wonderful speciality from Swabia! For anyone who loves cheese, this dish is heaven on earth! Classic spaetzle is made with strong mountain cheese, butter and fried onions. The noodles can also be used as a side dish hearty ragouts, creamy stews and aromatic curries. They offer a welcome change from rice or other pasta.

- The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 12 minutes.
