Wolfnudeln Eigold Small Mussel-Shaped Pasta

EIGOLD egg pasta contains 3 fresh eggs per kilogram of delicious pasta. Made with fine durum wheat semolina, the pasta retains a firm bite when cooked - a real treat for the palate!

This pasta has a ridged surface and therefore goes well with many sauces such as Italian sugo, pesto or gravy. In Italy, they are often served together with seafood and they are also an excellent addition to salads with creamy dressings.

Note: The manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 6 minutes.
