Description

This pre-cooked bulgur or cracked durum wheat needs to be cooked for only 10 minutes. Its nutty aroma is ideal as a side with vegetables and chicken. Preparation recommendation:
Bring 150 g of bulgur to a boil in twice the amount of salted water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
