Added porcini mushroom powder gives this pasta a dark brown colour. The porcini mushroom noodles go perfectly with meat or a delicious vegetable cream sauce!
COOKING TIP:
- After cooking the porcini mushroom noodles, you can use the water you cooked the noodles in as the basis for a delicious porcini soup! The pasta water can be used like a soup stock and gives your sauce or soup a fine mushroom flavour.
- The cooking time is 4-5 minutes.
