Awesome Nuts Organic Raw Cocoa Drops, 1 kg

These Organic Raw Cocoa Drops are made from Peruvian Criollo cacao and gently processed below 42°C to help preserve their valuable properties. The cacao is neither roasted nor defatted. The theobromine it contains provides a clear, steady source of energy.

The drops, each weighing 2.7 g, are easy to use. No weighing, no guesswork, just count.

Dosage:

• Mild everyday cup: 4 drops (approx. 10 g)
• Classic cup: 8 to 10 drops (approx. 20 to 25 g)
• Ceremonial cup: 11 to 15 drops (approx. 30 to 40 g)
• "Heroic": 18 to 22 drops (approx. 50 to 60 g)

Preparation:

• Warm 200 to 250 ml water, plant-based milk or milk to 40 to 45°C. Do not use boiling water, as heat can affect the nutrients.
• Add the cacao drops and froth with a whisk or blender.
• Season to taste with cinnamon, cardamom, chilli, ginger or vanilla.
• Sweeten with honey, dates or coconut blossom sugar.
• Tip: Drink plenty of water after enjoying cacao, as cacao may have a mildly dehydrating effect, especially at higher amounts.
