Bake Affair's fruity energy balls are the perfect snack for nursing mothers and children. Dates, oats and coconut flakes provide valuable nutrients and are a delicious treat between meals. The resealable pack make sit easy to tuck into your bag and take it along wherever you go.
Method of preparation:
- Place the baking mix in a bowl.
- Pour 95 ml boiling water over it, stir briefly and let it rest for 5 minutes until the water is absorbed.
- Shape into 2 cm balls and enjoy!
- You can store the energy balls for up to a week in the refrigerator.
