Description
Penne rigate is one of the most popular pasta shapes all over the world. It is a very versatile shape that goes very well with a wide variety of sauces and pestos. One of the most popular traditional recipes is penne all'arrabbiata, but they are also great in baked dishes.
Note: For the perfect "al dente" texture, the manufacturer recommends a cooking time of 11 minutes. The recipe does not contain eggs, however, due to production issues traces of eggs may still be found in the final product.
