Description
Maggi's pepper cream sauce is the ideal accompaniment with meat, bread dumplings or vegetables. Savoury onions and green peppercorns add a hearty, piquant aroma to the sauce. Whether served with steak, pork fillet or meatballs, it adds the perfect finishing touch. With minimal effort, you can create a rich, aromatic sauce that elevates any dish.
Serving suggestion:
Whisk the contents of the packet into 200 ml cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 minute. Stir in 50 ml cream and heat through. Makes approx. 250 ml of sauce (serves around 2-3). A splash of cognac can be added for extra depth of flavour.
