Obsthof Neumeister Organic Quince Vinegar, 250 ml

An organic fruit vinegar for gourmets: This vinegar is made from ripe organic quinces and has intensely fruity aromas with a strong citrus taste. The vinegar is aged for at least 2 years which mellows the acidity and allows the flavours to develop fully.

The manufacturer recommends using this vinegar to make salad dressings. You can also use it to add a wonderful flavour to Asian dishes, sauces, fish, poultry and light dishes such as asparagus risotto.
