Description

The organic flaxseed flour contains lots of omega-3 fatty acids and a lot of vegetable protein. Ideal for gluten-free doughs, pastries, breads and cakes. Of course, the flour can also be used to refine sweet foods.

The flaxseeds are gently de-oiled and pressed. At 21.4%, flaxseed flour has a lower fat content than conventionally ground flaxseeds. The flour contains valuable fibre and trace elements.
