- The Styrian Pumpkin Seed oil PGI is produced in accordance with strict guidelines and is made only from raw materials from certain Austrian districts. This ensures that only the best, shell-less pumpkin seeds are processed. The pumpkin seed mash is slowly roasted and gently mill pressed. This creates a slightly nutty flavour and makes the Styrian pumpkin seed oil a delicacy that should not be missing in any kitchen.
- In compliance with strict guidelines, only pumpkin seeds from certain Austrian districts are used. This ensures that only the best ingredients are processed. Inspections, field inspections and harvest inspections are carried out on a regular basis to ensure the high quality of pumpkin seed oil.
