Description
NON ESSIG Cucumber lets loose a burst of freshness on the palate! It is great as a seasoning for green salads, cucumber, sausage and couscous salads and for tzatziki.
NON VINEGAR is mainly used as a salad seasoning but can be used in many other ways to add touches of intense flavour and taste to modern dishes. It contains reduced acetic acid.
Tips:
- Shake well
- Use undiluted
- Spin the salads dry beforehand
- Whip up a frothy salad dressing (with a fork or a blender) together with some good oil, salt, mustard and spices
