Finely ground summer truffles {70%} pickled in truffle juice and extra virgin olive oil is a very natural and flavourful ingredient for simple and sophisticated recipes. It can be used to spread on meat. For a traditional truffle sauce, mixing it with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Or use to flavour a dip for raw vegetables.
