Description
Chocolate with a kick!
- The "Bird’s Eye" chilli is rare, fiery and full of flavor! This dark Drinking Chocolate has a high cocoa content and is manufactured from bean to the bar at the factory. Whip up a spicy drink that delights the senses!
Preparation:
- Drinking Chocolate may be enjoyed as you please – whether shaken or stirred, an adventure factor is guaranteed!
Shaken:
- Fill the Zotter Special Shaker (beware! – a normal shaker does not work!) with 0.2 l hot milk, drop the drinking chocolate bar into it, shake to your heart’s content and enjoy!
Stirred:
- First of all, heat 0.2 or 0.3 l milk according to taste and allow it to froth. Drop the chocolate into the milk for 1-2 minutes and then whisk. Let the drink rest for another 1-2 minutes to allow the flavor to develop. Whisk again and enjoy!

I am a hot chocolate addict and the Chili Bird's Eye is the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. It has a kick that lingers in your mouth but is a comfortable amount of spicy- it didn't give me a stomach ache but did make me feel warm and cozy. Delightful!
