Kalamansi, also called calamondin, are a cross between mandarins and kumquats and are primarily native to the Philippines. The exotic, fresh, sweet and sour flavours of the fruits go well with both savoury and sweet dishes.

The fruity vinegar can be used for many dishes, including:
