Fair practices while buying and selling
We attach great importance to a wide range of suppliers that includes small, regional producers to well-known, international brands. We make sure that our suppliers offer fair prices but are also paid fairly at the same time.

We live sustainability
We love food far too much to throw it away: our in-house kitchen at niceshops transforms perishable products that we cannot sell in time by the best-before date into culinary delicacies. And what cannot be used up, we give away to our colleagues. You can rest assured that nothing goes to waste here.

Our in-house kitchen: Our kitchen team spoils us every day with freshly prepared breakfast and lunch. Sustainability and regionality are also very important. More 250 meals are cooked and served up daily of which only a small fraction (max. 2.5% of the production weight) ends up in our own compost heap. Most of our organic vegetables are sourced regionally from the myAcker plus social employment project run by Lebenshilfe Soziale Diensten GmbH. Fresh herbs and berries grow in our own garden - much to the delight of our bees, who produce delicious honey thanks to the many flowering plants.
