Description
This long-grain rice has a light, fluffy texture and beautifully separate grains when cooked. Thanks to a refined modern parboiling process, each grain is carefully treated to absorb the same amount of moisture in half the usual time. Cooked to perfection in just 20 minutes.
Preparation:
- Bring 2 cups of water to the boil in a pan.
- Stir in 1 cup rice. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Drain well and serve.
