With this mix of long grain rice, green, yellow and red lentils you can add a lot of fibre, proteins and trace elements to your menu. Preparation: As a side dish for two people, bring 125 g of rice and lentil mix to the boil in 250 ml of water (lightly salted) and then simmer for 15 minutes.
