Davert Organic BBQ Burger

Preparation:

1. Place the contents of the bag in a bowl, add 150 ml of boiling water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
2. Shape the dough into 4 large or 8 small burgers with damp hands.
3. Fry the burgers in a pan in hot oil until golden brown on both sides.

Tip:

• The burgers can also be cooked on the grill. Simply brush the burgers with a little oil of your choice before grilling.
