Description
Green spelt can be used in many ways and is perfect for meatless cuisine. You can use it to make crispy patties, dumplings, casseroles, savoury spreads as well as soups and salads.
Preparation:
- Soak the green spelt in twice the amount of water for about 10 hours.
- Bring to the boil and cook for 25 minutes.
