Description
Davert's organic Kamut wheat is grown and harvested in Canada. Due to its high gluten content and the nutty, slightly sweet taste, this type of wheat is perfect for fine pastries and pasta. This is an ancient, rediscovered type of wheat.
Preparation:
- Add Kamut to plenty of lightly salted water and bring it to a boil.
- Simmer for 45-55 minutes on low heat.
