Description

Naked barley is a hull-less type of barley. It is known for its mild, aromatic taste and excellent swelling properties. Ideal when used in a soup or as a nutritious addition to casseroles and salads.

Preparation:

  • Soak naked barley in twice the amount of water for about 2 hours
  • Bring to the boil and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes.
