Davert's delightfully crispy spelt flakes are ideal for a bowl of breakfast muesli. The mildly aromatic flakes are high in fibre and contain no added salt or sugar.

To make the flakes, whole spelt grains are first boiled, traditionally rolled whole and finally roasted.
