Dr. Oetker Gelatine Powder - White, 3-Pack, 27,60 g

Dr. Oetker gelatine in powder form makes it easier to measure out the precise amount of gelatine you need for a recipe. 1 pack of gelatine powder is equivalent to 6 sheets of leaf gelatine and is sufficient to set 500 ml of liquid.

How to use:

• Stir the gelatine powder into 6 tablespoons of cold water and let it soak for 5 minutes.
• Cold liquids - Warm up the soaked gelatine while stirring constantly until it is fully dissolved. Stir a few tablespoons of the cold liquid into the gelatine mix with a whisk and then slowly stir in the rest.
• Warm liquids: Stir in the dissolved gelatine.

Note:
Not suitable for use with fresh pineapples, figs, kiwis and papayas.
