Description

Organic Hot & Smoky Grill Rub for Poultry & Seafood is part of the limited series developed by ehrenwort in cooperation with the grill world champion, Adi Bittermann. The foreground has smoky notes of paprika powder. Garlic, mustard powder and cumin make up the hearty and spicy base while chilli and ginger add warmth and heat. Raw cane sugar rounds out the taste profile and ensures a crispier crust.

Manufacturer's tip for use: Rub the spice mix carefully and thoroughly before grilling.

The metal can contains 60 g spice mix. Please keep the lid tightly shut at all times.
