The Tom Yum Paste from Exotic Food combines aromatic lemongrass and galangal with fiery chillies and garlic. This intensely flavoured seasoning paste is a convenient base for making traditional Thai Tom Yum soup.
It can also be used to season stir-fries, sauces and marinades. The seasoning paste makes it easy to recreate that characteristic hot-and-sour Thai flavour without using several individual ingredients.

Stir a spoonful into boiling water or stock and add prawns, mushrooms, fresh vegetables or tofu as desired.
