Description
This tomato vegetable sauce is also ideal as a little side dish with meat and fish dishes!
Recommendation: serve with pasta, as a spread for bruschetta, or with grilled vegetables & cream cheese.
Fink's Cooking Tip:
Mussels
Add the clean, washed mussels to a heated pan with plenty of olive oil and white wine and deglaze with vegetable stock. Cover and simmer for about 6 - 8 minutes. Stir in the sauce and season to taste with fresh parsley, salt and pepper and serve with white bread.
