This panettone is the result of a collaboration between the Menabrea Brewery and the master confectioners at Galup. The moist and fluffy yeast cake harmoniously combines the flavours of beer, butter and raisins and has a creamy filling made with Menabrea beer. A wonderful dessert at the end of a multi-course meal over the Christmas season!
