100% oil from the first pressing of hand-picked Styrian pumpkin seeds. Fully aromatic and fruity, nutritionally valuable and delicate, this oil is perfect for the preparation of cold marinades.
Fresh pumpkin seed oil has a nutty, fruity aroma, and is therefore often used for cold marinades mostly in combination with apple cider vinegar or with Apple Balsamic Vinegar from Gölles.
