Description

The Spaghetti al Limone is made in the Umbria region of Italy from durum wheat semolina using the traditional bronze method. Turmeric and lemon juice provide an extraordinary colour and fresh citrus taste. During production, the dough is pressed through special bronze plates, giving the pasta a rougher surface and a denser structure than with other production methods. This ensures that sauce sticks to the noodles and that the pasta has a great bite to it!

Serving tip: The long, thin noodles are certainly one of the most popular pasta shapes and go best with light, liquidy sauces. The citrus flavour makes them particularly popular during summer. The noodles harmonize perfectly with fish and seafood.
