Description

The ripe tomatoes are harvested by hand, peeled and preserved whole in a water bath at exactly 100°C. This retains the unmistakable tomato flavour that lends a distinctive Mediterranean touch to numerous dishes. This speciality is delivered in a classic tin with a beautiful vintage label.
