Directions:

• Cook 250 g spaghetti according to the instructions on the pack.
• Meanwhile, fry 250 g mince (or 250 g cooked red lentils) in hot oil. Add 300 ml water and stir in the contents of the sachet.
• Bring the sauce to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
• Serve the pasta on plates and finish with freshly grated Parmesan if you like.
