The curry blocks combine turmeric, fennel, coriander seeds, cumin, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and fenugreek with coconut, apple juice and a touch of pepper for a smooth, well-rounded flavour.
Preparation tip:
Heat the curry blocks with a little water in a saucepan or frying pan, add your favourite vegetables, tofu or crispy breaded katsu meat and leave to simmer gently. The result is a smooth, aromatic curry that pairs particularly well with steamed rice.
