Description
Roasted Sesame Dressing by ITA-SAN is made with soybean oil and richly roasted sesame seeds, combined with savoury soy sauce, egg yolk and shiitake extract. The result is a smooth, creamy dressing with a balanced nutty and slightly sweet flavour.
Use it to dress crisp leaf salads, cabbage salads and colourful poke bowls. It also works well as a dip for dumplings, cooked vegetables or shabu-shabu, and can be used as a marinade for fish and meat.
