With Tempura Batter Mix by ITA-SAN, it is easy to make beautifully light, crisp tempura with a golden finish. The batter mix consisting of wheat flour, maize (corn) starch and a hint of white pepper is quick to prepare: simply add cold water, coat your choice of vegetables, seafood or other ingredients, then fry in hot oil until crisp and golden.
