Jordan Olivenöl Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Jordan olive oil is made from olives grown on the family's own olive groves and sourced from families from the mountainous region of the island of Lesbos. Olives of the Kolovi and Adramitiani varieties are harvested by hand with rakes and sticks and only natural fertiliser is used. No chemicals or pesticides are used.

After harvesting, the olives are freed from leaves and processed naturally. The oil is then filtered through a fine-meshed sieve and any cloudiness or residual sediment is a sign that it has been naturally processed. This also preserves the fine fruity taste of the olives in the oil.
