Ribs taste best when they've been marinated! Whip up a marinade at home with:
- 2 tablespoons Spare Ribs Spice Blend
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons of oil
Mix up the marinade, then apply it to your ribs using a pastry brush and let the ribs rest in the fridge overnight. They'll be ready to barbecue the next day!
Uses: great for spare ribs, roasts or any type of barbecued meat.
Pro Tip: serve crunchy potato wedges with your ribs!
