Description
Homemade ravioli can be made in no time at all with this great set.
Roll out the pasta dough until it's thin, and dust it with flour before placing it on the board. Press the dough into the moulds and add the filling. Brush the edges of the dough with some beaten egg yolk. Place a second sheet of dough on top and gently roll over the mould with the rolling pin. Remove the ravioli from the mould and set them aside.
