Description
This handmade durum wheat semolina pasta is made with vitamin-rich wheat germ and saffron powder. The pasta dough is rolled out to make these thin noodles and is then dried for 36 hours at a low temperature. Enjoy breathing in the wonderful scent of these noodles while they cook!. The pasta goes well with a delicious white wine sauce with mussels, prawns or salmon and is sure to chase away a bad day with its sunny disposition.
