Milupa Organic Complementary Foods - Rice Flakes Cereal Porridge

Then Milupa organic rice flakes for cereal porridge are the perfect choice: Extra finely ground rice flakes from organic farming, without gluten, added milk or sugar in the recipe - for a relaxed tummy! The porridge is perfect for mixing with fruit or vegetables and will convince your baby immediately - it's worth trying!

You can easily prepare the rice flakes with your usual follow-on milk or as a dairy-free porridge. Please adhere to the following dosage and preparation suggestions of the manufacturer.

Preparation with formula milk:

• You will need 200 ml of the formula your baby is used to. Prepare this as usual according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
• Pour the warm formula into a plate or a porridge dish.
• Add 20 g (approx. 5 tbsp) rice cereal to the formula.
• Mix well with a spoon until all lumps have dissolved and a smooth porridge has formed.
• If desired, mix with fruit puree or vegetable porridge.

Preparation as a dairy-free cereal porridge:

• Boil fresh drinking water and cool to drinking temperature. You need 120 ml of water for one portion of porridge.
• Fill water into a wide plate or porridge bowl and mix with 20 g rice flakes (= approx. 5 tbsp.).
• Add 1 1/2 tsp rapeseed oil or baby food oil.
• Stir with a spoon until a smooth porridge is formed that does not contain lumps.
• Refine with fruit or vegetable porridge as desired.
