Description
This Danish smoked salt by Pfefferdieb is more than just a seasoning — it’s a piece of living history, crafted using a centuries-old traditional method that harks back to the hardy seafarers of the North.
Precious Mediterranean sea salt is slowly and gently cold-smoked over beechwood in a meticulous process that lasts over 160 hours. The smoke penetrates each individual crystal, infusing it with a uniquely deep, intense, and authentic smoky flavour — worlds apart from anything artificially flavoured!
An absolute essential not only for meat dishes, but also the perfect finishing touch for vegan and vegetarian cuisine.
