Quai Sud Violets Mix

Candied violets may be old-fashioned but have always retained a touch of royalty. Quai Sud has developed this aroma mix to harmonise perfectly with gin - very British and very elegant!

How to make: Let the entire aroma mix soak in 70 cl gin for at least 48 hours, then filter. To make long drinks, add orange, citrus or berry juices. To enjoy in Ti Punch style, just add a slice of lime.
