Rapunzel Natural Jasmine Rice

This exotic, fragrant rice specialty comes from Chiang Rai, the "Pearl of the North" in Thailand. Jasmine rice has a delicately fragrant, floral aroma. The farmers cultivate this top quality rice using a lot of manual labour.

Preparation instructions

• Use a water to rice ratio of 2.5 : 1. Boil the water, add the rice, reduce the heat to low and simmer in a closed saucepan for about 40 minutes. Remove from the heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes. Salt the rice only after cooking.
