Marzipan fans will be delighted with Rapunzel's Organic Honey Marzipan. It consists of 53% almonds, 43% honey and a little water. It is perfect to make pralines, for decorating tarts and cakes or in fine cream fillings for pancakes and croissants. Also simply delicious as a snack!

Tip: Marzipan should not be too soft when used as decor. Place in the refrigerator and allow to cool before using and work quickly or take out small portions at a time.
