Description

This macaroni made from natural emmer, an ancient variety of wheat, has a full-bodied, nutty taste and an excellent bite. Naturally cultivated and made in Austria. Plus, cultivating old grain varieties promotes biodiversity.

Serving suggestion: in pan-fried pasta dishes, mac & cheese and pasta salads.

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Preparation:

  1. Take 1 L water per 100 g pasta and bring to the boil.
  2. Add the desired amount of salt and pasta to the boiling water.
  3. Stir occasionally while cooking.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes for the perfect al dente texture.
  5. Serve warm with your favourite sauce and enjoy!
