Description
La cucina della nonna - Italian pasta like Grandma used to make it! The best ingredients, such as durum wheat semolina and eggs, give the pasta a firm bite and a smooth texture without overly long cooking times. They are perfect to have as pantry staples because they have a very long shelf life.
Note: Depending on the type, Recheis Italian pasta can be cooked in a large pot with 1 litre of salted water per 100 grams of pasta - or directly in the oven. The lasagne sheets need about 30 minutes in the oven, the tortellini are ready to serve after 14 minutes.
