Description
Pink pepper is not actually pepper at all but berries of the Schinus tree native to South America.
The taste resembles juniper berries with a mild, slightly fruity aroma. It is a great addition to poultry and fish dishes.
Note: Always add pink pepper at the end of the cooking time.
