Description
Delicious cannelloni made from durum wheat semolina are an Italian speciality. Traditionally they are filled (without pre-cooking) with ricotta and spinach or minced meat, covered over with sauce and baked in the oven. After about 40 minutes, they are cooked and still retain a wonderful bite. Typically Italian!
