Description
Sapore di Sole Cipolle sott'olio or onions preserved in oil are sourced from the Loro Ciuffenna region which lies on the slopes of Pratomagno mountains in Tuscany. The onions are harvested at the peak of maturity, preserved in extra virgin olive oil and seasoned with selected herbs and spices to bring you a full-bodied and intense flavour. Ideal as a starter, with an aperitif or as a side.
Tip:
The extra virgin olive oil used to preserve the onions is very flavourful and can be used to prepare other recipes too!
